How do I cancel?

Please cancel appointments by calling us directly on 06 230 50093 or via email at info@restorepoint-therapy.nl

Is there a fee?

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

When can I cancel?

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, in advance, to avoid charges and so the time can be offered to another client.

Yes, rescheduling is possible within 24 hours of your booking time. Please call us directly on 06 230 50093

Can I reschedule appointments?

What if I'm late?

Being late can happen but please call if you are expected to be late. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or cancellation.
