We start with a check in

We’ll talk through how your body’s feeling, what’s bothering you, and what your goals are, whether it’s easing tension build-up, pain, restoring movement, or calming your nervous system.

Treatment is fully hands-on

Using a combination of massage techniques I work with your body, not against it and always stay within your personal limitations. Sessions are always paced for your comfort and what your body needs that day.

You'll leave feeling more in tune

Clients often feel looser, clearer, and more grounded after a session. Sometimes that means big changes in how you move, and sometimes it’s just feeling like you’ve reclaimed some space in your own body or head.
